I want to be like lightning.
Reeking havoc at twilight,
Yet dancing elegantly across the purple sky.
I want to be like snowfall.
Freezing everything I touch to the bone,
While I hide all the imperfections, giving everyone a clean slate.
I want to be like a star.
Sparkling in my lonesome,
Still giving hope who wish upon my light.
I want to be different.
To be anyone else.
Because if I changed, maybe you would like the new me.
